The Yoga Shala Idaho goal is to bring yoga to the Treasure Valley at our State Street studio as well as the community outside of our walls.  Shala teachers have instructed and setup Yoga programs at two Head Start Centers in the Treasure Valley, teaching yoga to children from the ages of 3 to 5 years.  Do you have a non-profit organization that would like to establish yoga classes at your facility?  We would love to help, please contact us.
