Introduction
to Yoga:Held
Saturday August 16th at 11:00am. To demystify yoga and bring
familiarity to the next class you attend. A mind and body
workout done at a slower pace. You will have a chance to learn
the foundational breathing techniques, the essential yoga poses,
and the principles that are incorporated into other classes on the
schedule. While the pace is slower, expect to move, breathe
and sweat. 60 minutes. Free Class.
All level classes:
Power Yoga:
Don't let the name fool you. This style of yoga is designed
to cultivate the hidden power within all of us! This
very mindful practice incorporates standing, balancing, seated and
floor postures with movement. Linking movement with breath
(Vinyasa), while moving from posture to posture in a flowing manner
helps the student build their fitness level. 90 min.
Level 1-2
Flow Yoga:
Linking poses together in a fluid style with a focus on alignment
to create maximum benefit and ease in each posture. The class provides
a well-balanced practice of standing and seated postures, breathing,
and meditation.; This class is for all levels where modifications
are offered. 90 min. Level 1-2
Basic/Gentle
Yoga:
A good yoga class for adults of any age to start or rediscover your
practice. It's a slower paced class with focus on breathing, relaxation
and gentle stretching. Students will practice beginning yoga poses
and learn the principles of body alignment and breath awareness.

Power
Hour:
Our regular power class cut down to an hour. Concentrating on core
strength, but also hitting on flexibility upper body strength. Also
working on hip flexibility and rotation.
Core Flow Yoga:
This class is designed to wake up and bring life to the core!
Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into
the class to strengthen the connection between the upper and lower
body. Ideal for intermediate to advanced students who want
to delve deeper into a healing yoga practice. This class is
not for beginners or pregnant women. 60 minutes.
Express Yoga:
A class devoted to sun & lunar salutations, with quick flowing vinyasa.
A quick mid-day pick me up. 45minutes.
